So, I went to this school, right? And this is what happened:
This is my final web project. I've come a long, LONG way
since then. It's not very good... but there it is. It's a little buggy (but won't crash your computer
or anything!), and not very cohesive, and I never did get an answer back from Interplay (when it was
still in existence) about whether I could use the Pipboy (tm) as an object in my work. It was only for
school, and I really did try to contact them before I started planning the project. Anyway. Here it is.
I have this on CD, too, with full video an' everything. Coded in Director. If you want it, you have to
mail me your snail mail address. (Preview the front and
back of the CD.) This link has sound, but it's optional; you don't
need to hear it to experience the full splendor of the website. In fact, it's probably better if you
don't have sound... the music gets really irritating after a while. Although the intro is pretty cool.
Thank you, Interplay and Black Isle... neither of whom exist anymore. This makes me sad.
This is my final 'studio practices/portfolio' project, complete
with HTML-only Magic 8-ball (tm) game, and a Shockwave paper-doll game. I was always very good at Director.
Not so good with graphics, as you'll see by my Illustrator work. Ugh. Anyway. Clicking that link will pop
up a window. Let it happen. The interface was designed specifically for a 640x480 screen. We were supposed
to design for the lowest common denominator, and at the time, that was it.
Work-related
CCPCI is the name of the company that
did our house inspection. And I did their website. I'd like to re-do it someday. Maybe it'll come up.
Clan {mofo} asked me to
make a website for them... when they still existed. I have no idea what happened to them.
Just 4 You belongs to a
custom jewellery designer named Chad who has some great pieces. It's very graphics intensive. Once again,
it was designed to be viewable at all resolutions, but it's not, like, a pop-up, or anything.
When I have some more time, I will dig up the other projects I've worked on, or proposed, in the past.
After all, this is my portfolio page, right? Meh.
